GRIT GRAPHICS - TGFA

THE GREAT FRUIT ADVENTURE

In 2016 Max McGillvary (Managing Director) of Redfox and Neil MacDonald (Director of Orchard Pig company) set themselves a target to travel by mortorbike from London to Cape Town and named it The Great Fruit Adventure. Their aim was to educate children and their families internationally on how fresh produce is grown whilst raising money for the leading African facing charity - Farm Africa.

They approached Grit Graphics to come up with a striking logo that represented these three areas - fruit, Africa, motorbikes. It was a challenge but the end result seemed to work and helped in what was a very succesful campaign. They went on to win the overall Food Marketing Campaign of the Year award as well as receiving a letter from Theresa May for their contribution to raising the awareness of healthy eating.

TELL A STORY

Bringing your brand alive is about keeping your clients engaged and making them part of your journey. Always make sure your logo is visible on every form of communication, choose a colour palette that sits comfortably with your brand or a pattern that makes you immediately recognisable. The Great Fruit Adventure reached 100k followers on facebook very quickly, which they very kindly linked to the strong logo, but actually it was the way in which they brought it alive through communication and logo visibility.
